The Sree Narayana Dharma Paripalana (SNDP) Yogam is a social organization in the Indian state of Kerala, founded by the social reformer and philosopher, Sri Narayana Guru. Sri Narayana Guru was born in 1854 in the village of Chempazhanthy in present-day Kerala. He was a spiritual leader, social reformer, and advocate for social equality and human rights.
Sri Narayana Guru founded the SNDP Yogam in 1903 with the aim of promoting social and educational advancement for the Ezhava community, which was considered to be a lower caste at that time. The SNDP Yogam played a key role in the social and political awakening of the Ezhava community, and its efforts contributed to the rise of many prominent leaders in the community.
Today, the SNDP Yogam is one of the largest social organizations in Kerala, with a focus on education, health, and social welfare programs for the Ezhava community and other marginalized groups in the state.
