The worth of money depends on the currency and the exchange rate. Without specifying which two currencies are being compared, it's impossible to say which one is worth more. Generally, the exchange rate between two currencies determines how much of one currency can be exchanged for a unit of the other currency. For example, as of my knowledge cutoff of September 2021, one US dollar was worth about 0.85 Euros, meaning that one Euro was worth more than one US dollar.
