Ingredients:

  • 250 grams paneer, crumbled

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped

  • 1 green chili, finely chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

  • 2 tablespoons oil

  • Salt, to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish


Instructions:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and mustard seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

  2. Add the onions, tomatoes, and green chili to the pan and sauté until the onions are soft and translucent.
